ROC: Reservations Operations Center

With ROC, Air France is the only European airline to offer you a reservation modification and information service in the event of changes to your flight.

In the event of a change to the flight departure time (delay, cancellation, postponement, etc.), we will do everything we can to:

• notify you of this, by contacting you as soon as possible,
• offer you an alternative where one exists: a new flight, a new departure time, etc.

In this way, CSU makes dealing with travel easier and allows you to reorganize your schedule and your trip.

ROC is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when you travel:

• on an Air France flight,
• on a chartered BritAir, Regional and CityJet flight,
• on a flight operated by KLM and other SkyTeam alliance member companies with an 'AF' flight number.

• 3 days and 4 hours before your departure, if you are traveling on a long-haul flight,
• 3 days and 3 hours before your departure, if you are traveling on a medium- or short-haul flight (excluding 'La Navette' shuttle flights),
• 3 days and 24 hours before your departure, if you are traveling on a 'La Navette' shuttle flight.

To be notified personally in the event of a change affecting your flight, make sure that the ROC has a reliable means of reaching you:

• by giving us the maximum amount of contact information: telephone, mobile, e-mail or fax,
• at every stage of your trip: at your departure and destination points (office contact details, hotel details, etc.).
