Refund requests for tickets

If the ticket is refundable, it can be refund by the issuing agency.

Our Sales and Service Center handles refund requests for tickets issued by Air France China mainland and Hong Kong point of sales: China mainland and Hong Kong  Sales and Service Center, ticket purchased via airfrance.com.cn or airfrance.com.hk

Unused refundable ticket

If your ticket is refundable, please submit all flight information to the original issuing agency.


For downgrade fares adjustments, please contact your original issuing agency with your electronic ticket receipt or ticket details and original boarding card for the flight in question.

Denied Boarding Compensation

If you were denied boarding on Air France flight and given a voucher as compensation, please contact our Sales and Service Center in order to proceed with the exchange (or refund in case the voucher is refundable).
