You can reserve your Reward ticket up to 2 days before your departure date.
Rewards are available on all flights operated by Air France for which electronic tickets can be issued.

How to reserve your Reward ticket

• Use the search engine provided in your secure, dedicated online space. You will automatically obtain the overall cost of the trip you wish to make in VoyageurREWARDS^TM Points (price includes all taxes, surcharges and service charges).
  

To request an Upgrade Reward, you must first of all make a reservation:

• in Tempo (class Y) for an upgrade to l’Espace Affaires (Business Class),
• in l’Espace Affaires (classes J, C, D, Z ) for an upgrade to l’Espace Première (First Class).

Next, send us your request via the form available in your dedicated online space. We will contact you to confirm the value of your upgrade in VoyageurREWARDS^TM Points.
If the class of your flight reservation is not eligible for an upgrade, please contact your travel agency or Air France customer service center to modify this.
We need 3 working days to process your request.

Additional baggage allowance rewards are applicable on weight concept route*. Depending on your situation, they may be applied to:

• the outbound trip only,
• the return trip only,
• the full round trip.

On piece concept route*, the baggage allowance is calculated according to the number of items, depending on your class of travel. The value of the Reward is calculated based on the trip you make.

*please consult with your travel agency or Air France office for weight concept or piece concept route.

Reminder: the Piece concept authorizes two baggage items of a maximum of 23 kg each, for a Tempo cabin trip and a maximum of 32 kg each for a trip in l’Espace Affaires (Business class) or l’Espace Première (First Class).

How to reserve your additional baggage allowance Reward
Complete the application form available in your dedicated online space.

• Enter your reservation reference number so that we can determine your baggage allowance
• Indicate the additional baggage weight in the "number of additional kilos" part (to be paid for in Reward points).

We will contact you to confirm your flight route and additional baggage, in order to determine the value of your Reward.
